Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable Nigerian or international law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or business
• Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse another user
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt or damage the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data that don't belong to you
• Scrape, data-mine, or harvest user or product data without our written permission

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account
• You must provide accurate, current information when registering, including for vendor and designer business profiles
• Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred without our consent

If you sell products or offer custom design services on the Platform, you additionally agree to:

• List only products or services you can genuinely produce, source, and deliver
• Set accurate prices, descriptions, and delivery timelines
• Not list counterfeit, stolen, or illegally obtained goods
• Fulfill confirmed orders in good faith and keep order status updated honestly
• Communicate with customers professionally and respond to custom order inquiries within a reasonable time
• Not circumvent the Platform's payment system to collect payments directly from customers for orders placed through the Platform
• Provide accurate identity, business, and bank account information as part of our vendor verification process, and complete that verification before receiving any payout

• Place orders in good faith and provide accurate shipping and delivery information
• Not submit false claims of non-delivery or damage, or dispute payments fraudulently (chargeback abuse)
• Use product reviews and messaging honestly — no fake reviews, and no harassment of vendors or designers

You may not upload, post, or transmit content that is:

• Sexually explicit, obscene, or exploitative of minors
• Hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence
• Defamatory or knowingly false
• In violation of someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, including product photos you don't have rights to use

• All payments must be made through the Platform's integrated payment system (Paystack)
• You may not use the Platform to launder money, process fraudulent transactions, or test stolen payment credentials
• Any attempt to manipulate pricing, reviews, order statuses, or payment records is strictly prohibited

We reserve the right to:

• Remove content that violates this Policy
• Suspend or terminate accounts — customer, vendor, or designer — for violations, with or without notice, depending on severity
• Withhold or reverse payouts connected to fraudulent or policy-violating activity
• Report illegal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
