Terms of Service

By accessing or using ZynFashionHome ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including customers, vendors, and designers.

ZynFashionHome is a marketplace connecting customers with independent fashion vendors and designers. We do not manufacture, stock, or ship products ourselves — all products are listed, sold, and shipped directly by third-party vendors and designers. Custom design services are provided directly by independent designers.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy

• All payments are processed through our payment partner, Paystack
• Prices are set by vendors and designers and displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated
• By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the full order amount
• Funds collected for an order are held by the Platform and released to the vendor or designer in accordance with our order fulfillment and escrow process, as described in our Returns policy
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud

• Vendors and designers are independent sellers, not employees or agents of ZynFashionHome
• Vendors and designers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality of their products or services, and timely fulfillment of orders
• Vendors and designers must complete our vendor verification process, including verification of payout account details, before receiving payouts
• ZynFashionHome is not a party to the sale contract between a customer and a vendor or designer, but may mediate disputes as described in our Returns policy
• We charge a platform fee or commission on transactions, as disclosed to vendors and designers during onboarding

Custom orders are agreements between a customer and a designer for bespoke work. Pricing, timelines, and revision terms for custom orders are set by the designer and communicated to the customer before payment. Our dispute and refund process, described in our Returns policy, applies to custom orders as well as standard product orders.

• ZynFashionHome and its branding, logo, and platform design are owned by us and may not be used without permission
• Vendors and designers retain ownership of their product images, designs, and content, and grant us a license to display them on the Platform
• You may not upload content you do not have the rights to use

ZynFashionHome provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including disputes between customers and vendors or designers, product quality issues, or delivery delays caused by third parties. Our role is limited to facilitating the transaction and mediating disputes as described in our Returns policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
